Zarząd DataWalk S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu („Spółka”, „Emitent”) informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym powziął informację, o rozpoczęciu realizacji przez spółkę zależną od Emitenta DataWalk Inc. projektu pilotażowego („Pilot”) z prywatną instytucją inwestygacyjną („Klient”). Pilot realizowany będzie celem przetestowania działania platformy analitycznej DataWalk („System”) w zastosowaniach związanych z realizacjami globalnych dochodzeń korporacyjnych, monitoringu i analiz compliance, jak również doradztwa w obszarach bezpieczeństwa i technologii dla klientów z szerokiego zakresu branż.

Zarząd Spółki uznał fakt rozpoczęcia Pilota za informację poufną, ponieważ istnieją przesłanki, że współpraca może mieć pozytywny wpływ na przyszłą pozycję konkurencyjną Grupy Kapitałowej Emitenta w Stanach Zjednoczonych.

Dla uniknięcia wątpliwości, wynikających z niepodawania nazwy Klienta, Zarząd wyjaśnia, iż w niniejszym raporcie przekazuje informację o odrębnej współpracy względem raportu bieżącego nr 18/2019.

The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. („Company”, „Issuer”) registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby informs that the Company obtained information that the Company’s subsidiary, DataWalk Inc. signed an agreement for execution of a pilot project („Pilot”) with a private investigation agency („Customer”). The Pilot will be executed in order to demonstrate the analytical platform DataWalk („System”) in support of the agency’s mission which offers global investigations, compliance and monitoring, as well as security and technology consulting solutions for clients in a wide range of industries.

The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact of starting the Pilot as confidential information, as there are indications that the cooperation may have a positive impact on the future competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group in the United States.

For the avoidance of doubts resulting from not naming the Customer’s name, the Executive Board explains that in this report it provides information about separate project in relation to current report number 18/2019.
