Zarząd DataWalk S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu („Emitent”, „Spółka”) informuje, iż w dniu 26 lutego 2019 r. podpisano porozumienie pomiędzy Emitentem a spółką Blue Oak Advisory sp. z o.o. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu, dotyczące rozwiązania umowy o świadczenie usług Autoryzowanego Doradcy zawartej w dniu 4 kwietnia 2014 r. („Porozumienie”).

Niniejsze Porozumienie wchodzi w życie z dniem 27 lutego 2019 r., tj. z dniem poprzedzającym dzień pierwszego notowania instrumentów finansowych Emitenta na rynku regulowanym Giełdy Papierów Wartościowych w Warszawie S.A. oraz z dniem ustania obowiązków informacyjnych Spółki w Alternatywnym Systemie Obrotu na rynku NewConnect.

Podstawa prawna: § 3 ust. 1 pkt 9) Załącznika nr 3 do Regulaminu Alternatywnego Systemu Obrotu „Informacje bieżące i okresowe przekazywane w alternatywnym systemie obrotu na rynku NewConnect”.

The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A. („Company”, „Issuer”) informs that on February 26th 2019 an agreement was signed between the Issuer and Blue Oak Advisory sp. z o.o. with its registered office in Wrocław, regarding the termination of the contract for the provision of Authorized Advisor services concluded on April 4th 2014 (“Agreement”).

Agreement shall enter into force on February 27th 2019, the day preceding the first listing of the Issuer’s financial instruments on the regulated market of the Warsaw Stock Exchange and on the day the information obligations of the Company on the NewConnect Alternative Trading System market will cease to exist.
