Zarząd DataWalk S.A. z siedzibą we Wrocławiu “Spółka”, “Emitent” informuje, że w dniu dzisiejszym powziął informację od spółki zależnej od Emitenta, tj. DataWalk Inc., o otrzymaniu zamówienia z Rhode Island Office of Attorney General „RIAG”, którego przedmiotem jest sprzedaż licencji wieczystej platformy analitycznej DataWalk.

Biuro prokuratora generalnego Rhode Island odpowiada za zwiększenie bezpieczeństwa obrotu gospodarczego i publicznego Rhode Island oraz zapewnienie zaufania społecznego do władz stanowych i walkę z korupcją. Biuro Prokuratora Generalnego Rhode Island zastosuje platformę analityczną DataWalk do analiz wywiadowczych i dochodzeń wspierających działalność RIAG.

Zarząd uznał fakt otrzymania zamówienia za informację poufną, ponieważ zamówienie potwierdza zdolność Emitenta do skutecznej obsługi agencji rządowych w USA na szczeblu stanowym oraz może mieć pozytywny wpływ na pozycję konkurencyjną Grupy Kapitałowej Emitenta, co może przekładać się w przyszłości na sytuację finansową oraz perspektywy rozwoju Emitenta i jego Grupy Kapitałowej.

The Executive Board of DataWalk S.A.  “Company”, “Issuer” registered in Wroclaw, Poland, hereby reports that the Company’s subsidiary DataWalk Inc. has obtained a purchase order from the Rhode Island Office of Attorney General  „RIAG”, for license sale of the DataWalk analytical platform.

Rhode Island’s Office of Attorney General fights to enhance the economic security of Rhode Island, protect the public safety of the communities and restore the public trust in state government by fighting corruption. Rhode Island’s Office of the Attorney General will use DataWalk to for intelligence analysis and investigations in support of their mission.

The Executive Board of the Company recognized the fact that obtaining this purchase order is confidential information, as this further confirms the Issuer’s ability to successfully service state-level U.S. government agencies, and may have a positive impact on the competitive position of the Issuer’s Capital Group which may impact the future financial situation and development prospects of the Issuer and its Capital Group.
