UX Designer
UX Designer in DataWalk takes part in the entire process of creating new system elements - from requirements analysis, through design, development care, to tests. Designs new functionalities and improves the existing ones - taking into account all limitations (technological, time, etc.). She/He cares for the consistency of the application in terms of functionality and style. She/He talks to all parties involved in the creation and implementation of our product and proposes solutions that meet their needs.
Duties and responsibilities:
- requirements analysis
- creating lo-fidelity mockups
- creating hi-fidelity mockups
- creative matching of solutions to the requirements and technological limitations
- taking care of the features from design, through development and testing, to product introduction
- close cooperation with the Product Owner
- cooperation with development and testing teams
- communication with various departments in the organization (in Poland and the United States)
- taking care of the stylistic and functional consistency of the application
- redesign of individual application components as part of the ongoing UI redesign
- excellent knowledge of the system and deep understanding of user flo
Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience as a UX Designer
- experience in UI design, graphical skills are welcome
- experience with Figma
- experience in creating web applications
- analytical approach to problems
- creativity
- the ability to match the proposed solutions to various constraints (e.g. technological)
- independence
- ability to engage in work on one project in the long term
- very good knowledge of English
- high communication skills
- professional education is welcome
