Currently we’re looking for a results-driven Sales Development Representative to actively seek new business opportunities, and to engage and build relationships with potential customers for North America.
As an SDR, you will be responsible for driving all lead generation activities and delivering fully qualified leads for the direct Sales Team. You will work closely with Marketing and Sales Teams on a strategic sales approach. You will represent the company, clearly communicate with prospects, listen to their needs and determine if they’re a good fit to move forward in the sales process.

Execute lead generation and lead qualification activities, and report metrics of progress.
Generate Fully Qualified Leads for the direct Sales Team.
Work with the Marketing Team on definition and execution of Campaigns with the objective to generate leads.
Maintain presentations and demonstrations for discussions with prospects.
Contact potential prospects through emails, calls and social networks.
Schedule initial prospecting meetings or calls for the direct Sales Team.
Manage the Customer Relationship Management system and ensure successful follow through on opportunities by maintaining an accurate log of activity and lead qualification information until leads are turned over to the direct Sales Team.
Deliver structured feedback back into the marketing team from conversations with prospects and work proactively to drive overall sales performance.
Qualifications and Skills:
Minimum of 2 – 4 years of proven work experience in sales, with inside sales experience preferred.
Bachelor’s degree or higher.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Very good interpersonal and organizational skills.
Detail-oriented with excellent follow-up skills.
Excellent Presentation skills.
Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
Experience with sales techniques and tools.
Good and credible references are required.

Previous experience working with commercial sector clients, specifically in investigations.
