Software Development Engineer in Test
Location: Wroclaw, Poland
Duties and responsibilities:
- Develop automated tests and maintain testing framework (Java, TestNg, Selenium WebDriver, REST Assured),
- Participate in delivering new features by risk/impact analysis, testing and troubleshooting,
- Help to refine new features: verify requirements, design features and provide estimates,
- Recommend improvements (quick wins vs long-game),
- Provide information to team members and stakeholders: document and communicate your findings,
- Provide an assist to team members from other departments (support, delivery, sales).
You'll fit in if you:
- Have 5+ years of experience (preferably in a start-up or a product company),
- Have 3+ years of experience developing automated tests,
- Present high level of programming skills,
- You understand aspects of enterprise software development,
- Have great attitude, passion for quality assurance and perfect communication skills,
- Are a “problem solver”,
- Continuously develop your skill set,
- Are a self-starter and are able to work well with others in a fast-paced agile environment with an emphasis on collaboration.

- Agile environment using Context-Driven Testing approach,
- 4 small kanban teams (~3 developers in a team + QA engineer),
- Whole development team placed in Wrocław (>30 people),
- Product Marketing in Wrocław and Silicon Valley,
- Technologies used in the development team: Java, AngularJS, Angular 8, Docker, AWS, Selenium, JMeter.
