Currently we are looking for the position of:
We are seeking an exceptional Solution Specialist to provide in-depth expertise to support the technical relationship with DataWalk customers and partners, including product and solution briefings, proof-of-concept work, training users and partnering directly with product management
What do you need to work with us?
Being the technical expert on the DataWalk solution in support of the sales team, DataWalk partners and clients, including:
Work in conjunction with the sales team as a key technical advisor and advocate for the DataWalk platform while mapping value to the prospect's needs.
Implement strategies to improve trial win rates, beat the competition, and develop stronger technical buyer relationships.
Understand and manage the complex technical sales process in a complex IT environment with multiple departments and partners.
Contribute to systems and tools to provide key business information and metrics to highlight performance and effectiveness.
Provide technical support as needed for the customer’s environment, in collaboration with the Support Organization.
Create client-facing presentations with Proof of Concept, project proposals, solutions, product demos, expense estimates and offer solutions to technical complaints and concerns.
Design and deliver high quality technical proof of concepts (POCs) for prospective customers.
Present to prospects, customers and partners, at external events, conferences, seminars, etc.
Ensure timely entry of data into internal business support solutions.
Execute system implementation as needed for production use at customer site.
Train partners, users and DataWalk personnel.
Work experience in a data intensive field or equivalent education.
Demonstrated history of delivering excellent customer service, especially in, but not limited to, the field of data analysis.
A demonstrated history of learning analytical or programming skills on the job.
Demonstrated history of accomplishing any of the following tasks in professional or academic settings:
Extracting data from databases
Generating simulated data
Transforming and cleaning data
Analyzing and visualizing data
Integrating data from disparate systems
Building APIs for the purpose of querying data
A demonstrated history of creating dynamic and engaging data analysis products that positively impacted the workplace.
Expertise in using any of the following tools:
Other data analysis tools
Experience conducting and presenting any of the following types of analysis:
Regression analysis / Machine Learning
Experience communicating technical information to non-technical stakeholders.
Experience and passion in training or teaching co-workers, subordinates or students.
Strong communication skills, including written, verbal and presentation.
