We are looking for an experienced Senior Technical Product Manager to join our Product & Marketing Team.
As the Senior Technical Product Manager (Analytics & AI), you own the analyst and data scientist experiences in the product whether in the DataWalk UI or by accessing data and analysis from another system. Your goal is to turn complex data into actionable insights through world-class visualization and cutting-edge AI. You will ensure that DataWalk’s tools for investigators and analysts are the most effective in the market.
Responsibilities:
- Define the future of the analyst user interfaces, and embeddable components for seamless analytical workflows.
- Lead the integration of Machine Learning, Dashboards, and Agentic AI to automate the "mundane" parts of investigation and augment human decision making.
- Own the external-facing APIs and Model Context Protocol (MCP) to ensure DataWalk is a central, extensible hub in the customer’s ecosystem.
- Convert high-level customer, market and competitor insights into product requirements, working closely with the PMM team to articulate value.
- Set your roadmap and manage the backlog for your area to ensure a balance between ease of use and strategic direction.
- Spend at least 20% of your time with customers and external experts to inform your market understanding.
Requirements:
- 8+ years in a product management role.
- Background in Data Science, Analytics, or a complex technical software product. You should understand how to bridge the gap between "Black Box" AI and "Transparent" graph analysis.
- Prior experience in enterprise software product management. Experience in the financial services or intelligence domain is a bonus.
- Experience working on a product with significant cross-functional partnership, including product development, field engineering, product marketing, sales, and support.
- Be comfortable explaining how a complex analytical product fights financial crime to a financial crime analyst, an Enterprise Architect, or our internal management team.
- Fluency in English.
- Flexibility to work until 7:00 PM CET (2–3 days/week) for Pacific Time collaboration.
We offer:
- Direct impact on the global expansion of the fast growing investigative analytics company with global ambitions.
- A competitive salary and an attractive commission structure.
- Growth opportunities in a dedicated and passionate team of professionals.
- A challenging and inspiring environment.
- Work remotely in a flexible, independent work environment.
