We are looking for a self-driven expert who is passionate about data analysis/exploration and analytical solution design, applying a variety of analytical techniques such as graph analysis, geospatial analysis, network visualization, and machine learning/AI, and implementing them with our enterprise customers in the area of financial crime investigation. The Solution Consultant will be responsible for leading technical and analytical discussions and presentations with DataWalk customers from the commercial & public sector, and assisting the sales team in quickly closing deals.

                                   Senior Solution Consultant (Expert) – DACH, Benelux, or UK

Responsibilities: 

• Serve as a "Subject Matter Expert," adding interpretive value to data analysis.
• Support the pre-sales process by delivering custom demos and leading analytical efforts in proofs-of-concept.
• Anticipate client needs and formulate/design analytical solutions to the client's issues.
• Support the sales team with RFI/RFP responses and Statements of Work.
• Perform data analysis and exploration during solution implementation..
• Work with system engineers to help identify, clean, and validate various data sets to ensure accuracy, completeness, and uniformity.
• Create evaluation metrics to highlight the performance and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
• Standardization and automation of designed analytical solutions/workflow.
• Propagate knowledge from implemented solutions by providing case studies and/or training for sales, system engineers, and partners.

Requirements: 

• 5+ years of experience with data analysis, modeling, and data engineering.
• Experience as a financial crime specialist/investigator.
• Experience with pre-sales/business analysis of analytical solutions,
• Knowledge of the AML, Fraud, and finance sectors.
• Demonstrate creativity in problem-solving.
• Strong communication skills, including written, verbal, and presentation.

Technical Knowledge Required (in one or more of the following): 

• Experience working with analytics technologies and data visualization technologies (e.g. BI tools, Python, R, IBM/Harris i2, SPSS, SAS, ArcGIS etc.),
• Experience working with SQL is a plus.
• Practical experience with big data, machine learning and/or advanced analytics is a plus.
• Knowledge of graph concepts (knowledge graph, link chart, graph algorithms) is a plus.
