We are looking for an experienced Senior Product Director to join our Team.
We are looking for one person to manage that product: the ontology and data model, entity resolution, the analytical experience, performance at multi-terabyte scale, and the agent-facing layer that lets AI work on the same governed model as our analysts. You will set the roadmap, facilitate cross-functional collaboration across Product, Engineering, Field Engineering, and Marketing to shape the product and solution, and defend those decisions to the CEO, VP, CTO, engineering teams, and customers. It is not a portfolio of unrelated products. There is one platform. It is not a delivery or program management job. Roadmap ownership sits with you. It is not outbound marketing, and it is not product marketing.
What you will actually do:
- This will be a hands-on role. Own the roadmap for the whole platform and resolve the trade-offs associated with candidate capabilitiest. In other words: you can explain, without an engineer in the room, how the platform works under the hood and why that matters against competitors.
- Own the product’s competitiveness. Understand where we win, where we lose, and why - across capabilities, performance, packaging, and pricing - and make sure those insights shape the roadmap and product strategy.
- Turn customer work into new product features. Most of our revenue starts with an unmet customer need.
- Run discovery with people who cannot show you their data. Analysts in law enforcement, AML, and national security work under constraints most product managers never encounter. You need to develop an approach for that.
- Write the product requirements yourself.
- Decide where agentic AI belongs in the product. We have a position on this: the platform executes governed computation on the connected model and returns intermediate results that the agent reasons over.
- Work with Marketing and Sales on positioning against competitors and the multi-engine stacks customers assemble themselves.
- Hire and grow a small product team: you plus one, and later the second senior product manager.
Requirements:
- 15 years or more in product management on enterprise data, analytics or investigative software. Vendor side, not internal IT.
- Direct experience with at least one of: graph databases or knowledge graphs, entity resolution or master data management, semantic modelling (RDF, OWL, SPARQL or LPG), or large-scale analytical query engines.
- Time in a small company or an early-stage team.
- Some experience leading product managers, or a clear case for why you are ready to.
- A technical background you can use: computer science, mathematics, physics, engineering, or the equivalent earned on the job.
- MBA or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English, with the ability to convey complex technical ideas clearly.
Nice to have:
- You have worked on financial crime, AML, sanctions, fraud, law enforcement or national security software, or you were the analyst using it.
- You know the competitive set from the inside: Quantexa, Feedzai, Palantir, i2, Neo4j, TigerGraph, GraphAware, Databricks, SAS, Nasdaq Verafin, Elastic.
- You have shipped something where an LLM or an agent had to operate over governed enterprise data, and you learned where that breaks.
- You have sold with a field team into the public sector in Europe.
- Experience replacing an incumbent platform inside an account.
We offer:
- Direct impact on the global expansion of the fast growing investigative analytics company with global ambitions.
- A competitive compensation.
- Growth opportunities in a dedicated and passionate team of professionals.
- A challenging and inspiring environment.
- Work remotely in a flexible, independent work environment.
