We are looking for an experienced Product Designer to join our Product Engineering Team.

Your role will span the entire design process: improving the UX of a complex analytical tool, expanding the design system, and designing new features, including AI-powered ones. You will work in a data-dense environment of graph visualizations, link charts, and tabular views with thousands of rows. The company actively invests in AI and expects the same from the team, both within the product and in your own workflow.

Responsibilities:

  • Full design cycle: discovery, design, prototyping, delivery, and iteration - with AI tools integrated into your workflow.
  • Leveraging AI and standard design tools for rapid prototyping, allowing the team to quickly explore multiple design directions and iterate based on feedback.
  • Designing experiences for a wide range of users, from less data-savvy professionals to advanced data scientists.
  • Collaborating closely with the development team, stakeholders, and product managers; advocating for UX decisions in a highly technical environment and contributing to the strategic direction of the product backlog.
  • Building, auditing, and evolving the product’s design system to ensure accessibility compliance, token consistency, and scalability.
  • Crafting UI microcopy, error messages, and button labels in English, ensuring clarity and consistency across such a technical product.
  • Proactively seeking access to end-users and organizing research; reviewing session recordings, analyzing usability patterns, and documenting findings even when direct access is limited.
  • Identifying and initiating UX improvements on your own; driving meaningful change across the product.

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in UX/UI design for digital products, with a portfolio that includes detailed case studies.
  • Experience working with complex B2B, SaaS, or enterprise systems, ideally analytical tools, BI platforms, or data products.
  • Fluency in Figma as your primary design tool.
  • Openness to AI: understanding (and willingness to learn) AI capabilities both in the product (designing AI interfaces) and in your own workflow (AI-assisted design, prompting).
  • Strong decision-making skills with limited access to users, combining heuristics, data analysis, and product sense.
  • Experience conducting UX research in enterprise or government environments where user access is restricted.
  • Independence and assertiveness. Ability to build the position of design and advocate for it in a dev-driven environment with demanding stakeholders.
  • Sensitivity to UX writing: the ability to translate technical concepts into clear, user-facing language.
  • Comfort reading technical specifications, design tokens, and front-end concepts (HTML/CSS, JSON). Coding is not required, but understanding technical constraints is essential.
  • Fluency in English and Polish.

Nice to have:

  • Experience designing graph/network visualization interfaces or working with relational data models (e.g. products like Palantir, Neo4j, Tableau).
  • Experience designing AI-native interfaces such as chatbots, prediction panels, or ML dashboards.
  • Experience with UX for API design: designing developer-facing experiences, API documentation, or developer portals.

We offer:

  • Direct impact on the global expansion of the fast growing investigative analytics company with global ambitions.
  • A competitive salary and an attractive package of benefits (private healthcare, life insurance, multisport cards, training).
  • Growth opportunities in a dedicated and passionate team of professionals.
  • A challenging and inspiring environment.
  • Work remotely in a flexible, independent work environment.
