On December 18, 2025, in Legionowo (Poland), a cooperation agreement was signed between the Cyber Defense Forces Component Command (DKWOC) and DataWalk S.A. The document was signed by Maj. Gen. Karol Molenda, Commander of the Cyber Defense Forces Component, and Paweł Wieczynski, CEO of DataWalk S.A.
The concluded agreement aims to create a cooperation framework enabling the analysis of potential applications of analytical solutions developed by DataWalk in the context of the needs of the Polish Armed Forces, as well as to facilitate DataWalk's adaptation of its products for military applications and their further development.
Contemporary state security is no longer based solely on classic military capabilities. Changing security conditions indicate the critical importance of access to information for the success of military operations. Today's conflicts and threats show that operational advantage does not result solely from the number of weapon systems, but also from the ability to quickly acquire, combine, and interpret information. The above can be ensured by access in an acceptable time to diverse information processed by the armed forces, usually located in huge volumes of data, as well as the ability to understand it, thanks to the possibility of processing and analysis.
"Developing analytical capabilities and the conscious use of data is an important element of adapting the Polish Armed Forces to the changing digital environment. Cooperation with the domestic technology sector enables a reliable assessment of available solutions and their potential utility in analytical processes," – said Maj. Gen. Karol Molenda, Commander of the Cyber Defense Forces Component.
The cooperation is intended to enable the development of analytical competencies in processing large data sets and the assessment of IT tools available on the market, including solutions offered by the domestic technology sector.
"In a modern conflict, the winner is the one who most quickly turns data chaos into precise knowledge. Our priority is for the ability to act to remain entirely on the side of the Army, while eliminating dependencies on external clouds, telemetry, or foreign jurisdictions," adds Wieczynski.
The agreement provides for joint workshops, the aim of which will be to provide information support thanks to the use of DataWalk tools for selected operational scenarios. The workshops will be aimed at demonstrating the power of computational solutions provided by DataWalk based on graph algorithms and artificial intelligence in finding information dependencies, as well as improving analytical and decision-making processes.
The concluded agreement is an example of cooperation between the structures of the Polish Armed Forces and the domestic technology sector, aimed at analyzing the possibilities of using modern analytical tools in the area of state security.
The Cyber Defense Forces Component Command (DKWOC) is a specialized component of the Polish Armed Forces, responsible for ensuring security in the next operational domain, which is - next to water, land, air and outer space - cyberspace. DKWOC has the ability to carry out a full spectrum of activities - from defensive, through reconnaissance, to offensive. The key tasks of the unit are ensuring the ICT security of the entire department, conducting research, design, construction, implementation, use and protection of national cryptological technologies or creating new products for the state by combining scientific and industrial potential in the area of advanced information and cryptographic technologies. As an integral part of the Polish Armed Forces, it plays a key role in the state's cybersecurity system. In recent years, DKWOC has built modern operational, training and technological capabilities enabling effective counteracting of threats.

DataWalk is a company that has developed its own technology - a graph analytics software platform. This platform enables organizations analysis of large data (billions of objects) from various sources on knowledge graphs. Combined with advanced AI techniques and LLM tools (like ChatGPT), it represents an unprecedented weapon in the fight for global security. The DataWalk platform is used for investigative analytics in the public and financial sectors, including combating crime (US agencies), ensuring international security, identifying abuses and irregularities (central administration, large corporations, international sports federations, financial institutions, including banks and insurers), and counteracting money laundering (regulators and financial institutions). DataWalk successfully competes with global giants, including participating in the largest IT contract in the history of Poland, a $500 million project for the analytical modernization of the US Department of Justice.
